Who is the fastest rapper in Africa Today? or top rappers should be the question, really Hiphop music has gotten it’s roots in the cultural style of  most African music unlike what it used be in those days of our grand fathers and great grand parents. today every musician enjoys doing a collaboration of one or two with rappers because it creates a unique seep into the songs itself whether soul, gospel or even Afro style of music.

Today i will like us to look into one of the best and fastest rappers in Africa along with their brief profiles and videos where they did one or two freestyles to show you that they really got their onion on this rap sup thing. These are bet rap stars Africa has ever produced and you will be surprise to see what these guys have been up to.

So first on the list of Fastest and best rappers in Africa is Ko-C

Ko-C

Ko-C is a Cameroonian rapper Born on November 18, 1992, in Kumba, Cameroon, Collins Njang started his music career by writing songs and sending to friends through text messages which from their feedbacks,

got inspired and started singing. At the age of 20, he recorded his first song “Town player” with friends. After taking some steps forward, he met Dready Ko-C& Tee (Tread Stone) who then encouraged his music career. Later, they both teamed up with other friends to form the most inspired and young talented group “Preach It Movement” (P.I.M). In July of 2015 they became signed artists of BTS Empire, a U.S based Record label. Today he goes by the name K.O-C who is believed to be Cameroonians fastest rapper. His first release was with the group P.I.M boys in a song titled Ici Au Kamer which gained much love from fans.

Sarkodie

Yes are you surprised that i included Sarkodie on the list, Sarkodie for all i know one of the best African rapper as far as 2017 and 2018 is concern and also Sark is also good in rapping fast, Sarkodie was ranked the 19th most Influential Ghanaian by e.tv Ghana.

He is considered one of the major proponents of the Azonto genre and dance. Sarkodie is often named as one of Africa’s greatest hip hop artists. MTV Base ranked him 6th on its list of the Hottest African MC’s in 2014.

AKA

I will not fail to mention South African best rap star Kiernan Jarryd Forbes  alias (AKA), his rapping prodigy comes with a unique flavor that some times it sounds like he is speaking in tongues really he is talented in making nice rap songs.

In 2009 AKA ventured for a solo career with hits like “Problems”, “In My Walk” and “Do It” with the latter making it to number 1 on the South African 5FM Top 40.[1] He won Metro FM Music Awards for “Best Newcomer”, “Best Hip Hop” as a solo act and “Best Produced Album” for his debut Altar Ego.

M.I Agaba

We all know Him as African rapper number 1, this is a lyrical part in one his recent song with Flavour Naba nia where he featured and did a wonderful rapping jam with the singer.

Jude Abaga, better known by his stage name M.I Abaga, is a Nigerian hip hop recording artist and record producer and also one of the best Nigerian rapper so far. He has been the CEO of Chocolate City since June 2015.

Nasty-C

Nasty C is a young talented South African rap star and also a good music maker. Nasty C recently  had an  interviewed with the SWAYS Universe studio along  with one of the American best rap and hiphop musician 50cent  few days ago where he said a lot about his rap and his music career.

Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo was born 11 February 1997, better known by his stage name Nasty C, is a South African rapper, songwriter and record producer. Born in Diepkloof, a large zone of Soweto in Johannesburg in the Gauteng province of South Africa, where he then relocated, at a very early age, to Durban where he was raised by his father.

His mother died when he was only 11 months old in a fatal car crash. He is most known for the single “Way It Go” by DJ Switch featuring Tumi and Youngsta, as well as the well-received remix to his single “Juice Back”, which features Davido and Cassper Nyovest.

He was the youngest recipient for an award at the 2015 South African Hip Hop Awards, namely the Best Freshman Award. In July 2018 he released his second studio album titled Strings & Bling.
