Job Title: ASSISTANT CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

Job duties:

– Answer customer enquiries, carry out banking transactions

– Solve customer complaint cases

– Provide comprehensive and professional phone banking services to premier customers

– Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to customer


Requirements:

– I.T / OND

– Previous experience in financial institution or call center is an advance

– Customer-focused approach

– Effective communication and problem solving skills

– Proficiency in Cantonese and English, fluent Putonghua is a plus

– Willing to work on shifts, including on weekends and public holidays as needed.

SALARY: N25,000
